Sensor Accuracy Analysis on Incubator Analyzer to Measure Noise and Airflow Parameters

Infant incubators are equipment to maintain a stable body temperature for premature babies. Premature babies need room conditioning that is close conditions in the womb. Room carried out baby incubator by providing temperature, relative humidity, and measured air flow. This parameter must be controlled so as not exceed threshold will harm baby. Periodic calibration should applied infant monitor its function. To ensure availability of according service standards, it necessary conduct test (calibrate) using an analyzer. The purpose this study further research on analyzer focuses discussing accuracy noise airflow sensors with gold standard. In study, experiment was sensitivity level several had been treated giving treatment choose good assembled into one module. (KY-037 Analog Sound Sensor V2.2) were compared values ​​on sound meter sensor (D6F-V03A1) anemometer. Sensors whose ​​are comparison ​​were selected integrated module used Arduino Mega2560 data processor equipped SD Card storage. built also Fluke INCU II standard analysis. results showed V2.2 highest error value (-4.6%) at 32°C D6F-V03A1 ability measure sensitivity, where more accurate than II. Based sensor, can produced up 3 digits behind comma which from calibrate incubator, certainty feasibility guaranteed. reference other researchers who develop analyzers future.
